Crust Preparation
- In a food processor, combine the graham cracker sheets, granulated sugar, and softened plant-based butter. Process until the mixture resembles sand.
- Firmly press the mixture into a 9-inch pie dish, covering the bottom and sides evenly. No need to bake this crust.

Making the Filling
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- In a blender, add the pumpkin puree, coconut cream, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, ground ginger, ground nutmeg, ground clove, salt, and cornstarch. Blend until very smooth. Alternatively, whisk all ingredients together in a bowl until smooth.
